We believe in HOLLOW so completely that we offer a 99-day money-back guarantee on every product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're covered.
How it works
- Try HOLLOW for as long as you'd like, up to 99 days from the date of delivery.
- If you're not satisfied, email hello@tryhollow.com with your order number and a brief note.
- We'll process your refund within 5 business days. You don't need to return the product.
What's covered
All HOLLOW products purchased directly from tryhollow.com are covered by the 99-day guarantee. The guarantee applies to one full-priced product per customer, per lifetime — multiple bottles of the same product in one order are all covered.
What's not covered
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces (Amazon, etc.)
- Damaged products are handled separately. Email us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we'll send a free replacement.
- Refund requests filed more than 99 days after delivery
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. The funds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
