Where we ship

HOLLOW currently ships to all 50 US states. International shipping is launching in late 2026 — join our newsletter to be notified.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping speed

Standard shipping arrives within 5–7 business days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email hello@tryhollow.com within 7 days of expected delivery. Include photos for damaged items. We'll send a free replacement.

Tracking

Every order receives an email with a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also view tracking by logging into your account at tryhollow.com.
